Once the customer raises the refund request within 5 days from the date of products received. Customer has to state the “Reason for Return”. We are liable to accept return request for only the reasons stated below:

• If the Item/ Product is defective.

• If the product is damaged during shipping.

• If the products are missing or the wrong item was shipped by the Vendor/s.

When the customer provides us with the reason, we will validate the given reason, later we will take the necessary action on the same.

The customer will be informed about the "Approval/Rejection" of the replacement request. If the reason is valid, the customer shall be required to return the product to PasalX.  Only after the return of the product shall PasalX be obliged to provide the replacement product to the customer. If the replacement product is not available, PasalX will provide a refund to the customer and instead of the replacement, the customer shall be obligated to accept the refund.


If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method as below:


• The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

• The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected.


After we have received your product and it will undergo a quality check (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Which products are not eligible for returns?

Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet by the seller. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned. Orders from certain categories cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, please check the product page for more detail.

How will I get my refund for returning an item I paid for with Cash on Delivery?

For your 'Cash on Delivery order, you will receive the refund in bank deposit or store credit. Please refer to return & refund policy.
